Policies for Midnight Quilter:
***Your quilt top piecing (as far as the design goes) is your responsibility as a customer. Ashley will look over your quilt top, but there is no guarantee she will see your block pieced incorrectly (such as a block turned, or upside down). It is your responsibility to have it completely ready for her to quilt when you drop it off. If she does spot something prior to quilting it on the longarm, she will certainly contact you.
Also, she may not know if your design "flaw" is incorrect, or if is just a design element. And again, to not offend you as the customer, please know it is your job to double check your pattern.
***It is your responsibility to have completed seams in your quilt top. Ashley is not responsible for any piecing seams that may open up during the quilting process.
***It is your responsibility as a quilter to have borders that lay flat. Ashley is not responsible for any puckers that may occur during the quilting process if your borders are wavey to begin with. Ashley will do her best to distribue the bulk/excess, but most borders WILL NOT quilt out. Please accurately piece your blocks and borders prior to sending your quilt to Ashley.
***Ashley can not guarantee your backing will be centered if you have a lot of vertical seams, and/or a heavily pieced backing design. She will do her best, but as far as backing recommendations go - one piece, or horizontal seams are the best for the longarm.
